Individual Activity Application Fees
Individual Activity Application fees are based upon the amount of contact hours you are applying to award and the processing time. Please note: If your total number of hours is not a whole number, please round up to the next whole number to determine your fees. This applies to payment only. Example: To find the correct amount for 3.25 hours, round up to 4.

Payment Options
- Credit Card -- Pay online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
- Check -- Make payable to Virginia Nurses Association. Please be sure to include in the memo field of your check or an accompanying note, the title of the individual activity and the name of the organization (if different than the name on the check). Send your check to: Attn: VNA Accredited Approval Unit IAA Payment, Virginia Nurses Association PO Box 13619, Richmond, VA 23225.
IMPORTANT: For programs beyond 30 contact hours, each additional hour is an additional $25. This applies to all review timeframes.
Completed applications and payments must be received before the review process can begin. To avoid rush fees, individual activity applications and payment must be received 8 weeks in advance of your event date.
Application fees are for the review of the individual activity and are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
