Individual Activity Application FeesThis page outlines application fees for organizations seeking approval of individual educational activities though the VNA Accredited Approver Program. Fees are determined by the number of contact hours and the processing timeframe selected. Contact Hour Rounding Policy
- When determining fees, contact hours must be rounded up to the next whole number. This rounding policy applies to payment amounts only.
- Example: An activity totaling 3.25 contact hours will be changed at the rate of 4 contact hours.
Activities Exceeding 30 Contact Hours- For activities exceeding 30 contact hours, an additional $25 per contact hour will be applied. This additional fee applies to all processing timeframes.
Payment Options- Credit Card - Submit payment online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- Check - Please make all checks payable to Virginia Nurses Association. Include in the memo field of your check the title of the activity and name of the organization. Mail checks to the following address: Virginia Nurses Association, Attn: VNA Accredited Approver, PO Box 13619, Richmond, VA 23225.
Fee ScheduleRush fees reflect increased staff review time and capacity acceleration. Fees are standardized and non-negotiable.
