Augusta Chapter Virtual Member Event "The state of nursing: Burnout, retention, and advocacy. Where do we go from here?" This chapter event will provide an opportunity for nurses to engage in open and meaningful discussion about the current challenges impacting the nursing profession. This virtual session will explore issues such as burnout, staff shortages, retention, workplace support, and the importance of advocacy in creating positive change within healthcare. Participants will be encouraged to share perspectives, discuss solutions, and explore ways nurses can collectively support one another while strengthening the future of the profession.
