Central VA Chapter
In-Person Educational Event
"Nurturing Your Well-being"

The Central VA chapter is excited to kick off spring with an engaging and informative session led by Julianne “Jules” Fisher, a skilled nurse with experience in wellness. In this program, Jules will introduce a variety of simple yet effective techniques that can enhance your overall well-being.

Participants will learn simple breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and easy movement routines that everyone can use in daily life, regardless of fitness level. All activities will be done while sitting in a chair, making them accessible to all.
